Shockingly, this is my first beer from this brewery that has been making some serious noise in the craft beer world. Yellow blond to white in color. On the nose, some of the prettiest flowers I”ve tasted in a beer, layered with coriander, citrus peel and lavender. On the palate, loaded with floral, beautifully balanced, with a very elegant finish. Could be my new favorite!

This is probably the king of American Wheat beers, and is often enjoyed with a lemon or orange slice. I didn’t add any fruit because I don’t think it needs it. Cloudy orange amber color. On the nose, hay, flowers, coriander, pear, lemon, orange rind, with good intensity of aromas. On the palate, medium intensity, similar flavors, with good balance, crisp, wheaty, and very refreshing finish. A benchmark for a reason, everyone should break this beer out on a hot day.
